What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form or Live chat box.

What is PetPal Boutique's return policy for pet apparel and custom gifts?

Because every item in our store is custom printed on demand just for you and your pet, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been worn or washed. We encourage you to double-check sizing guides and design previews before placing your order.

Can I get a refund or replacement if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Absolutely — and we make it right, fast. Our pet apparel return policy covers the following situations with a free replacement or full refund:

  • Damaged or defective items — print errors, fading, or manufacturing faults
  • Incorrect item received — wrong design or size sent due to our error
  • Lost in transit — your order never arrived

If any of these apply, we've got you covered at no extra cost.

How do I claim a refund for a damaged or defective pet clothing item?

To request a damaged pet clothing replacement or refund, simply:

  1. Email us at contact.petpalboutique@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photo or video proof of the issue

Once we've reviewed your claim and it's approved, your custom pet gifts refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Why aren't size-related returns accepted?

Since each piece is printed specifically for your order the moment you place it, we're unable to restock or resell returned items. This is the nature of print-on-demand — it keeps your products fresh, unique, and made with care. We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before ordering, and if you're ever unsure, reach out before you buy and we'll help you choose the right fit.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your tracking hasn't updated and your order appears lost, contact us at contact.petpalboutique@gmail.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date with your order number. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund if the order is confirmed lost.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your claim is approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive confirmation once it's been processed.

All PetPal Boutique products are made to order. We stand behind the quality of every item we produce , and if something goes wrong on our end, we'll always make it right.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can't and will not be canceled after 72 hours unless the wrong item was ordered. If you no longer want your item, please email us within 72 hours ,after that, production begins and we can't revert your payment. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

How do I track the progress of an order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through the 'contact us' form.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at this website?
